The Legacy Team’s Support Specialist position is an extremely dynamic role bridging from administrative work to technical support to marketing, and offers the opportunity to expand your skills as a licensed Realtor within our Team. You will be an integral part of our client’s experience from initial contact to closing day and beyond- thus setting the tone for their overall experience with our award-winning Team.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Licensed Agent

Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, or be committed to being licensed within 60 days of employment.

  • Freedom to list and sell to your own sphere
  • Occasional showings, inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, open houses for a team members' buyers or sellers

Marketing

Your personal guide through the purchase process

  • Maintain Team business pages on all social media platforms
  • Design and distribute digital and print marketing materials

Other Tasks

Exhibit a high amount of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. You strive to make everyone around you successful, and you love variety and challenges.

  • High-level data entry into accounting software
  • Review listing and transaction files for accuracy and completion using back-office platforms
  • Collect and deposit escrow and commission check with the office
  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data input
  • Assist team members with their transaction and lead management system

Requirements

Provide top-notch in-office administrative support for the team

  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Experience in the following areas: Canva, Microsoft Suite, Social Media Platforms and Meta Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Attention to detail, a must
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
